02. Online visa application form dully filled & signed by paxs only with upload Covering letter, Both Invitation letter, Ppt copy 01st & last page, photo, signature of applicant & tkt copy.
03. Two colour photo 35x45mm 80% face white background.
04. Original Detail Covering letter with company intro, applicant designation & exact business day to day agenda with seal & sign on 01 page only need to mention a clause “Not providing any technical assistance & Not providing any training or receiving any training”.
05. Original Invitation letter from Brazil in English & Portuguese Language with CNPJ number & exact business day to day agenda with Notary from Brazil country on both Invitation letter.
06. Personal Org bank statement for last 03 months with minimum balance of Rs. 01 lakh with org bank seal & sign on each page,, bank pass book copy will not do.
07. Personal I T papers copy for last 03 years with Notary & Home Dept from Mumbai, we can do the same.
08. Confirm return issued tkt with e-tkt nmbr.
09. Visa request Covering letter from applicant also on plain paper as per company covering letter & need to mention a clause “Not providing any technical assistance & Not providing any training or receiving any training”.

06. Original Leave letter on cmpny letter head if wrkng with cmpny intro, appl designation & exact dates of leave with seal & sign.
